Jillian is an associate in the firm’s Unscripted and Alternative Practice group practicing entertainment transactional law and caters to the firm’s clients’ development and production needs. She currently focuses her practice predominantly on the representation of production companies and clearance issues.

Jillian arrives at the firm after devoting her early legal career to working in-house at Tinopolis North America (Magical Elves/A. Smith & Co.), MGM Studios, and Lions Gate Entertainment. She is a rising associate that has worked as production legal on various unscripted television productions.

Jillian’s diversity of experience in the unscripted production realm, combined with her efficient, diligent work ethic, allows her to provide innovative solutions and work product for the fast moving unscripted production schedule.

As a graduate of Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, Jillian was and currently is an active member of various bar associations, including, Black Women Lawyers, Langston Hughes, and Latina Lawyers. She also was a recipient of the Honorable Mention Advocate Award in the Trial Advocacy Honors Program Inaugural Competition.

Born and raised in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, she has been active with Inland Empire Future Leaders Program, a nonprofit organization that teaches junior high and high school students leadership skills to help them prepare for college and become an active member in their community. She is an avid traveler and visits at least one new place each year.
