As a former corporate lawyer with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, Lily understands the importance of attention to detail in all aspects of dealmaking. While she expands and adapts her transactional skills and capabilities to suit her clients’ immediate and long-term career objectives she remains uncompromising on the application of hard work, due diligence, proper counsel and strategic contribution when representing them.
